Whether you are a first responder, military personnel, or civilian with no medical background, this course will equip you with the essential knowledge and hands-on experience to manage medical emergencies in active or dangerous situations.
This class will have many types of learning: lecture, hands on, and live fire scenarios.
Participants will learn:
Rapid patient assessment in hostile environments
Hemorrhage control (tourniquets, wound packing, pressure dressings)
Airway management basics
Managing chest injuries
Casualty movement and extraction techniques
Hemorrhage control and tourniquet application under fire
Extrication techniques: single provider and team coordination
Multiple live fire scenarios with hands on medical training
Gear Requirements:
·Handgun with appropriate holster
·Three handgun magazines
·200 rounds of handgun ammo
·Eye and ear protection
·Note taking material
We advise you to wear some older style clothes. We do use fake blood, and it says it will not stain.
